RETURN/REFUND

We try our best to package our products carefully before we ship it to you. In the rare case that our products get damaged or broken, we offer a replacement product. If this product is currently out of stock, we will refund the cost you purchased.

Mentega accepts merchandise in its original, unused, unwashed condition, with all tags attached, upon 3 days of the receipt of your order. To return an item, please contact us via email at hello@mentega.co

  1. Entitle the email with RETURN/REFUND
  2. Include your name, type of product and date of purchase in the email.
  3. We will first try to replace the product and if unable to replace, we will then proceed to refund in full. Once approved, you will be contacted via email for replacement/refund.

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days of process from the date we receive your return package.

Mentega is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment, so we recommend you choose a carrier with tracking service. If you have any questions, please email us at hello@mentega.co.
