Mentega Classic jr is our little version of the Classic Hair Pomade 2.0, which has been formulated as a water-based, easier to wash version of our original Classic Firm Hold Pomade. It’s small, light, and easy to carry wherever you may go.
Instructions: Scoop product from jar and rub onto palms. Apply through dry or slightly damp hair. Style as desired. Store with lid tightly closed and away from heat.

The Story
This was the very first product that founder of Mentega, Kevin formulated in his home kitchen. Pomade-making was only a hobby to begin with, and there were no plans to commercialise the products or to create a brand. It was a simple formula made for simple needs. This formula was also his first encounter with oil-based pomade. Having no prior experience with using traditional oil-based pomade, you could say that this was truly an original formula.
The formula was tweaked to Kevin’s personal preferences, and for the next few years, this was the only product he used. Living in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, it’s summer all year with a lot of humidity. The oil-based product had to be strong enough and without feeling too greasy to be used in such weather and climate.
Soon, he began making batches for friends who asked about the product, and later, for even more friends. Eventually, it was only natural that it led to the birth of the Mentega brand. So, here it is, the first-born of Mentega. The Classic Hair Pomade.

RM 90Muddy is a thick and dense styling clay that has the highest hold in our range of hair styling products. With a strong matte finish, it can style natural looks or lock in aggressive styles with coarse textures and hold. It can also serve as a styling product to detail specific areas of your hairstyle to create accents.
We recommend taking small multiple scoops during styling to allow the product to distribute evenly in the hair.

Mentega Lagoon Water-based Pomade
RM 90Mentega Lagoon combines some of the best characteristics of traditional oil-based pomade but with water-based attributes such as water-solubility, minus the greasiness. It is designed to be a grippy strong hold pomade with a low shine finish not overly matte but not too shiny.
It has the versatility to style a slick and tight or a more natural look. It is also re-stylable throughout the day like traditional pomade, although slightly grippier. There will be minimal build-up when a heavy amount is applied.
